Most Followed NBA Players on Instagram

Hello everyone, on this page you will find out who are the most followed NBA(national basketball association) players on Instagram. Also remember that this post is only about the amount of followers they have on Instagram, we did not count the other social media accounts.

I was not surprised at all when I saw this but I think by early as next year, this list might be completely different starting from 3-5 with the likes of Ja Morant on the radar and other emerging superstars like Luka Doncic, Embiid, Giannis Antetokounmpo and someone like Wembanyama if he dominates the league as everyone is expecting him to.

It should come to no one’s surprise that LeBron James is the most followed NBA player, he has been the most popular NBA player for the last 20 years, yes, you can even include his rookie season because everyone was talking about him. He is very influential on the court with 4 MVPS and 4 Finals MVP and just as if not more influential and successful off the court as he always looks to help out those that need help, from offering free scholarships to graduates from his school to contributing millions of dollars to various charities. LeBron’s impact extends far beyond the boundaries of the basketball court.

His foundation, the LeBron James Family Foundation, continues to change lives by supporting at-risk children through education and co-curricular initiatives. Its landmark project, the “I PROMISE” program, has garnered international recognition. This initiative, launched by LeBron himself, promises full scholarships to the University of Akron to qualifying students who graduate from his school.

As for the rest of the people on the list, it is surprised that no one else has hit 100 million followers yet but I think Steph Curry might have a chance in a few years and maybe the likes of Wembemyama if he lives up to his hype might crack the list one day. By the way the likes of Jokic who is arguably a superstar on the court but not off the court(low popularity) doesn’t have an instagram account yet.
